I was born in Raetihi and raised in Ohakune. I'm a proud māmā of four darling girls and have a lovely, hard working tāne which completes our wee whānau. I absolutely love been a māmā, you'll often find me out roaming the motu, following my whānau around with their sports and being their favourite (and loudest) cheerleader.
I have a strong passion for working alongside our community and love being able to contribute in ways that help our people flourish. As Kaitohutohu Tūhononga, I hope to awhi and support whānau in a positive, encouraging way, helping them feel informed, supported, and confident in their health journeys.
I want to create a space where whānau feel safe and understood when it comes to our babies health. I hope to make childhood immunisation less stressful, more accessible, and a positive experience for every whanau we work with. I'm motivated by Hauora wellbeing of our tamariki and the strength of our whānau. Seeing whānau confident, informed and cared for inspires me to keep building trust, offering support, and making a real difference in our hapori
My background is in coordinating education programmes out into our ECE/School sectors and community, with a strong focus on education and connection.
