Accountant Kaitatau

Permanent, full-time | Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm (40 hours per week) | Ohakune, Manawatu

The primary purpose of the role is to provide senior financial level support to the finance and administration functions of the Ngāti Rangi group and its subsidiary boards.

Mō te tūnga | About the role

You can expect to work with large amounts of numerical data, handle multiple tasks with deadlines, and provide transparent and complete reports to management. They will support the manager of Pae Whakatō to provide a high level of service to the Ngāti Rangi group boards and subsidiaries.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accountancy
• Proficient with Xero Accounting Software, Smart Payroll Software and MS Excel.
• Sound understanding of financial reporting and tax
• Strong computer skills
• The ability to build and maintain effective communications and relationships.
